These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 58ji ("58ji," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 58ji online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify 58ji promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58ji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify 58ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 58ji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
58ji recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication where available. You should also ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
58ji reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. We will notify you of any such action via your registered email address as soon as reasonably practicable.
All deposits on the 58ji Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 58ji accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering thresholds.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 58ji account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
58ji does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. 58ji is not liable for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 58ji reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the relevant player account pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) only.
Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Before processing any withdrawal, 58ji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of the nominated withdrawal account. This is a regulatory requirement and is not optional.
58ji does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name. 58ji reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 7 for full details on bonus withdrawal conditions.
58ji may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
58ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.
All bets and wagers placed on the 58ji Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are published on the relevant game or event page and form part of these Terms by reference.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 58ji system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where 58ji expressly permits cancellation in accordance with its published rules for the relevant market.
58ji reserves the right to void any bet where:
In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 58ji's published rules for the relevant sport or market. Where no specific rule applies, 58ji's decision shall be final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 58ji.
Any unauthorised use of 58ji's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 58ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
58ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 58ji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
58ji does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 58ji will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 58ji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR or such other regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction.
